Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives Are a Trojan Horse

Why? Because DEI efforts are deceptively named, and instead of promoting diversity, they tout radical leftist policies and divide individuals based on race.

Unfortunately, DEI has infiltrated state and federal employee training, admissions and hiring processes for public colleges and universities, and even our military.

Equality under the law must be protected.

Ending DEI Initiatives

  • Ban public funding of all programs and positions associated with DEI.
  • Ban colleges and universities from using race-based admissions in postsecondary education.
  • Ban public colleges and universities from requiring applicants for faculty positions to submit diversity statements or using such statements in the hiring process.
  • Keep DEI out of publicly funded employee trainings and state-based military trainings.
