Sam Rogers

State Government Affairs Director

Work and entrepreneurship were a crucial part of finding fulfillment and providing for my family after military service—and FGA helps protect those opportunities for everyone.

About Sam

Sam Rogers is a state government affairs director at the Foundation for Government Accountability.

Prior to joining FGA, Sam served in the United States Army, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from the Lubar School of Business.

Sam first experienced the value of work while shoveling snow, walking dogs, and selling beef jerky. For Sam, work has always been the pathway to real freedom.

When he’s not working, Sam loves to read, spend time with his kids, or volunteer with numerous veteran organizations. Sam and his family live in Wisconsin.
