Ron DeSantis, filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration, challenging long-standing, unjust practices in college accreditation. The lawsuit was in response to the Biden administration’s backlash against the Florida Legislature passing SB 7044 last year, which grants the state’s universities freedom to push back against the monopoly that accreditors and the federal government have over higher education.
