About Haley

Haley Holik is a Senior Fellow at the Foundation for Government Accountability, where she focuses on regulatory and workforce policies.

Prior to FGA, Haley was a Senior Policy Analyst at Right on Crime and the Texas Public Policy Foundation. She is an attorney admitted to the Texas Bar.

Haley first experienced the value of work by chopping cotton on her family’s farm. She views work as an opportunity to learn. Haley has shared her expertise by testifying more than 50 times before state legislative committees.

Haley loves gardening, roller skating, and reading. She lives in Austin, Texas.
