Dan Remmenga

Donor Relations Director

FGA has the right mission: freeing millions to pursue their dreams. And they have the right people, both staffing and funding the policy changes we’re all working toward. We don’t just talk, we do—and our results speak for themselves.

About Dan

Dan Remmenga is the donor relations director at the Foundation for Government Accountability, where he cultivates and strengthens relationships with FGA’s donors.

Prior to joining FGA, Dan served as a donor relations coordinator for a nonprofit in Illinois and as a program manager and instructor at a D.C.-based institute. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Math and Secondary Education from Olivet Nazarene University.

Dan first experienced the value of work as a newspaper boy. Throughout his own career, and as a witness to others’ experiences, Dan has seen how work provides dignity, self-assurance, and confidence, as opposed to the depression and anger that often comes with dependency. His passion for seeing individuals reach their God-given potential fuels his volunteer work at church, his leadership in a local entrepreneurship educational program for high school seniors, his sponsorship of international children, and his work at FGA.

Dan enjoys bringing people into the mission of changing lives, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. A fan of the Chicago Cubs, Dan and his family live in Illinois.
