About Addison
Addison Scherler is a Data Investigator at the Foundation for Government Accountability.
Prior to joining FGA, she worked as a Research Intern for the Mises Institute for Austrian Economics. She also interned on Capitol Hill for Rep. Pete Sessions (TX) and Senator Rand Paul (KY). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Auburn University.
Addison first experienced the value of work while working on her family’s farming and grain merchandising operation. To her, work promotes a sense of responsibility for your successes and failures, both of which enable personal growth. Hard work creates an opportunity to achieve the American Dream and contribute to society as a whole.
When she’s not working, Addison loves traveling the world, hiking, and going on runs. A fan of the Auburn Tigers, Addison lives in Dallas, TX.
At FGA, we don’t just talk about changing policy—we make it happen.
By partnering with FGA through a gift, you can create more policy change that returns America to a country where entrepreneurship thrives, personal responsibility is rewarded, and paychecks replace welfare checks.
