“You can be anything you want to be if you just work hard.”
– Bill vandiver, owner, the Edge Salon
Before finding his passion for work, salon owner Bill Vandiver was let go from three different jobs. While he never imagined he would have his own business much less be a hair stylist, he knew that with hard work, he could be anything.
Here, he speaks about the importance of work and how for the first time in 33 years, not a single person has applied to work at the salon. He worries for his clients, some of whom are business owners and staffing managers, as they too are struggling to fill jobs.
