As our communities get back to normal, Wisconsin State Representative Jon Plumer argues that it is also time to get back to work. 

Here, Rep. Plumber discusses how work is good for building character and providing a sense of purpose in life, but that businesses across his state struggle to find employees. He argues that additional unemployment benefits caused people to stay home longer than necessary.
