And in Kentucky, it isn’t. Secretary of State Michael Adams discusses here the successful bipartisan reforms the state has implemented to secure elections, despite having a Republican legislature and Democrat governor.
Election integrity is important, says Sec. of State Adams, because it brings both security and confidence to the election process. Voters have more confidence in the system when they know their vote won’t be canceled out by fraud or cheating.
