From Lemonade Stand to Franchise Owner: Bobby Maier

“Only in America can a 22-year-old kid who didn’t finish college get into a franchise and create a mini-empire.”

Bobby Maier started working at Culver’s at the age of 16. He learned to not just come to work, but to come to work with a plan and to always be learning. Owning a business was his lifelong dream, and he now finds himself the owner of several Culver’s locations.

Here he speaks on how much he loves mentoring other young entrepreneurs and on his perspective on the American Dream.
