Naples, FL—Since taking office three months ago, President Joe Biden has signed 38 controversial executive orders. Attorneys General from conservative states continue to mitigate the consequences of an abusive executive office through legal action that addresses the legitimacy of Biden’s orders.
The Foundation for Government Accountability applauds the dedication to ending Biden’s dependence on executive action rule and bullying tactics.
“Conservative attorneys general are standing up for Americans that the current Administration refuses to represent, and by doing so restores some of the balance between states and the federal government,” said Chase Martin, Legal Affairs Director at FGA. “Their willingness to challenge the Biden Administration’s implementation of partisan agenda items that lack legal basis further demonstrates that, unlike Biden, they are committed to best serve the people in their states.”
