Naples, FL—Today, Senators Mike Braun (R-IN) and Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) filed the Promising Pathway Act (PPA) as an amendment to the FDA’s user fee legislation during the Senate HELP Committee meeting.

In response, the Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) released the following statement:

“We applaud Senators Braun and Murkowski for filing the PPA as an amendment during today’s markup. FGA is proud to be a part of the diverse and growing coalition of organizations supporting the PPA, which will save lives by reducing needless bureaucracy at the FDA.
