President Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress are hard at work on The One, Big, Beautiful Bill, a budget resolution that could deliver on several of the president’s promises by Independence Day. The GOP wants to eliminate waste and fraud in welfare, keep taxes low for middle-class families and find hundreds of billions of dollars in savings to reduce the deficit – all while protecting the truly needy.
