Over the past few years, states across the country have passed reforms to the occupational licensing laws that now affect nearly 30% of American workers. Tennessee has been at the forefront of these reforms, and the state’s policymakers continued that trend this year by passing three major licensing bills, all of which were sponsored in the by Senator Kerry Roberts.
