FGA is committed to achieving meaningful results—policy reforms that make a difference in people’s lives. How many other organizations can actually say their work has lifted millions of Americans out of government dependency? It’s inspiring and motivating.
Katie Rodgers is the vice president of outreach and government affairs at the Foundation for Government Accountability, where she leads the government affairs and development teams.
Prior to joining FGA, Katie was the region director of state government at Anheuser-Busch and the vice president of government affairs at TMX Finance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Katie first experienced the value of work serving frozen yogurt at TCBY. To her, work equals true freedom. It gives people the means to support themselves and their families, a path to achieve their dreams, and a sense of purpose and accomplishment.
A fan of all things fitness, firearms, and freedom, Katie lives with her husband in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
