Florida is #1.
Let’s keep it that way.
Florida is America’s free-market beacon—number one in migration, economic growth, and freedom. The Florida Formula has become the nation’s blueprint for success. Now, with new state leadership and a new generation of Floridians arriving every single day, the opportunity to cement that legacy is here. FGA is ready to make the most of it.
Florida’s best days are ahead. Here’s how we make sure of it.
Hundreds of thousands of people move to Florida every year. They come for freedom, for opportunity, for a government that stays out of the way. This is the result of decades of smart, principled policy.
With new state leadership and a new generation of Floridians putting down roots, the next chapter is ours to write.
Florida’s Winning Record—and what comes next.
Other red states followed Florida’s lead. Center-right leaders in Washington took notice. Now, with that momentum behind us, the next chapter is ours to write.”
Challenges state leaders will be ready to solve.
Florida’s state leaders inherit an enormous opportunity and a clear set of challenges every fast-growing state has to manage. With FGA’s policy bench, polling, and playbook in hand, each one is solvable in the first 100 days.
Clogged Infrastructure
Florida’s economy moves fast. Its infrastructure does not. Florida is one of America’s fastest-growing states, yet Tampa, Orlando, and Miami airports rank among the nation’s most delayed. Average commutes are some of the worst in the country. The I-4 corridor ranks among the most congested in the Southeast. Without bold upgrades, congestion threatens investment and growth.
“The workforce is great, but logistics delays kill our margins.”
Welfare Fraud & Inefficiency
Florida’s welfare system is a growing liability. The state has one of the lowest workforce participation rates for able-bodied adults on food stamps. Fraud in Medicaid and food stamps drains tens of millions of dollars each year, with no clear accountability across agencies. A state that prides itself on results cannot afford this embarrassment.
“We have the technology to stop this. What we lack is leadership.”
Three windows that won’t stay open forever.
Florida’s challenges are real. Its potential is greater. State leaders can cement the state’s lead by acting on three opportunities that won’t come around again for a generation.
Day One Budget Power
The governor wields early budget submission authority. Combined with the upcoming Taxation and Budget Reform Commission—a window that opens once every 20 years—there is a rare chance to enshrine spending caps, balanced budget rules, and taxpayer safeguards directly in the state constitution. Without preparation, the window closes until the mid-2040s.
Global Finance Hub
Miami is poised to become the finance capital of the Western Hemisphere—a hub for Latin American trade, fintech, and crypto. Small legal reforms could make Florida the Delaware and the Dubai of the next era.
“Help me, and I’ll bring 10 others.”
Next Generation of Builders
Florida can turn education freedom into economic mobility. New federal school choice funds plus scaled career certifications can empower students from hard hats to high tech—and set the national standard.
“Our kids fix trucks and build solar pumps, but they’re told they failed without college.”
