Development Grants Manager

I believe in FGA’s mission, because work provides you with a sense of dignity and purpose. It allows you to constantly challenge yourself and see the direct effects of those efforts, creating a positive feedback loop.

About Olivia

Olivia Klosterman is the development grants manager at the Foundation for Government Accountability, where she creates content to further the organization’s fundraising goals and cultivate relationships with partners.

Prior to joining FGA, Olivia served as the assistant director for communications and annual giving at Omicron Delta Kappa. She also has worked at the American Bakers Association. She holds a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University.

Olivia first experienced the value of work in her family’s bakery, and knows that work can have a positive impact on lives at every level of a company. She wants everyone to have the opportunity to experience the dignity and strength that comes with having a job.

When she’s not working, Olivia enjoys riding horses, running, cooking, and reading. She lives in Lexington, Virginia.

At FGA, we don’t just talk about changing policy—we make it happen.

By partnering with FGA through a gift, you can create more policy change that returns America to a country where entrepreneurship thrives, personal responsibility is rewarded, and paychecks replace welfare checks.
