About MiMi
MiMi Greene is a State Government Affairs Director at the Foundation for Government Accountability.
Prior to joining FGA, she was Policy Analyst at the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops. Before that she was the Director of Government Relations at the Distilled Spirits Council and Responsibility.org. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Hedrix College, and a law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law.
MiMi first experienced the value of work while waiting tables at a diner in the Texas hill country. To her, work means putting in honest effort to develop skills, gain financial independence, and achieve personal growth. She believes that work provides dignity, confidence, and the means for self-empowerment.
When she’s not working, MiMi loves to volunteer with Junior League, exercise, and teaches 3rd grade Sunday school with her husband, Garrett. MiMi, her husband, and two dogs live in New Braunfels, Texas.
