Kate Caddock

Federal Affairs Manager

People are at the heart of FGA. It’s invigorating to be a part of a team that is so dedicated to changing lives for the better and has the results to prove it.

About Kate

Kate Caddock is the Federal Affairs Manager at the Foundation for Government Accountability, where she promotes the federal affairs team’s work to advance the organization’s policies on a national scope.

Prior to joining FGA, Kate worked on Capitol Hill as a scheduler for several members of Congress, including, most recently, former Rep. Mark Meadows. She also served as an events assistant for The Heritage Foundation. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with an emphasis on Elementary Education from the University of Missouri.

Kate first experienced the value of work as a fourth-grade teacher, and her perspective was greatly influenced while doing mission work. For her, work means empowering each person to achieve their own unique American dream. Work makes it possible for people to provide for themselves and for their families. Living in the United States is a gift, and she hopes her work at FGA helps protect this gift for future generations.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends. On the weekends, you can usually find her exploring new places and climbing lighthouses. She’s an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Nationals.
