About Hayden

Hayden Dublois is the Data and Analytics Director for the Foundation for Government Accountability.

Prior to FGA, Hayden worked for Gov. Phil Scott of Vermont, serving as policy analyst and constitutent services manager. He also previously served as an executive assistant in the governor’s office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fitchburg State University.

Hayden first experienced the value of work spending his summers at the local park as a recreation assistant, which included everything from customer service to cleaning restrooms. To him, the power of work means self-sufficiency and independence, enabling people to climb the socioeconomic ladder in order to achieve prosperity. Hayden has testified in front of multiple state legislatures across the country, has appeared on numerous radio programs ranging from the Glenn Beck Program to Stacy on the Right, and his commentary has been featured in media outlets ranging from the New York Post to Forbes and more.

When he’s not working, he is passionate about hiking, playing guitar, fishing, and spending time with his family. A fan of the New England Patriots, Hayden lives in Marco Island, Florida.
