Adam Gibbs

Communications Director

FGA is the tip of the spear in the fight to preserve the American Dream. Our talented team empowers policymakers with the tools they need to boldly proclaim the value of work and enact laws that give every individual the freedom to chase a life of their choosing—free from the clutches of an overbearing government.

About Adam

Adam Gibbs is the Communications Director at the Foundation for Government Accountability.

Prior to joining FGA, he was the communications director for the State Senate Majority Leader in Wisconsin. He has been heavily involved in Badger State politics since 2010, serving in various roles, including policy director, chief of staff, and congressional campaign manager during Wisconsin’s conservative revolution. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Adam first experienced the value of work while delivering room service at a resort hotel, where he learned to treat every guest like the owner and earned enough money to buy his first guitar. To him, work means the opportunity for individuals and families to design a life centered around their values while creating worth beyond themselves. Adam wants to help everyone experience the freedom and life-changing fulfillment that comes from a hard day’s effort in pursuit of a mission—a vital purpose derived uniquely from work.

When he’s not working, Adam loves to run, play music, spend time with family, and do home renovation projects. A long-suffering Chicago Bears and Wisconsin Badgers fan, Adam and his wife live in southern Wisconsin.
