Tarren Bragdon: Biden Admin is delaying, denying, hiding

FGA President and CEO Tarren Bragdon launched into the new year by joining former Congressman Jason Chaffetz on Fox News’s The Next Revolution to talk about FGA’s lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The lawsuit, FGA v. DOJ, is a response to the Biden administration failing to comply with several Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests pertaining to the president’s executive order to use federal agencies to register and mobilize voters in states across the country.

Key quotes from the interview:

“If this is appropriate activity, then [the administration] should be transparent. But instead, they’re delaying, they’re denying, and they’re hiding.”

“This is essentially having federal tax dollars contract with partisan groups to increase voter participation. It’s what political parties do, but the president is trying to do it through executive order with our tax dollars. This is just part of an unaccountable and out-of-control federal government. We need to put a stop to it and hold their feet to the fire—that’s why we sued them. We’re standing up and fighting back and pushing back, and we’re winning.”

At FGA, we don’t just talk about changing policy—we make it happen.

By partnering with FGA through a gift, you can create more policy change that returns America to a country where entrepreneurship thrives, personal responsibility is rewarded, and paychecks replace welfare checks.
