Andrew Bracy

Outreach Operations Director

FGA strives to help people find the best in themselves through work and makes it easier for those who truly need help to receive it quickly, strengthening families and the proverbial fabric of America.

About Andrew

Andrew J. Bracy is the Outreach Operations Director at the Foundation for Government Accountability, where he manages internal systems and coordination efforts for the government affairs teams and provides additional support to the development team.

Prior to joining FGA, Andrew was the legislative policy coordinator and a policy advisory in the Governor’s Office in Maine. He also previously served as a public safety dispatcher for the Town of Scarborough Police Department. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Political Science from the University of Maine, Orono.

Andrew first experienced the power of work as a dishwasher at a family resort. He believes that work allows you to write your own story and create the reality you want to live in. In his story, in addition to the stability and dignity that came with holding this first job, Andrew met his wife while working there.

When he’s not working, Andrew loves to be outdoors fishing, hiking, gardening, and woodworking. He is also a member of the Saco Historic Preservation Commission and the Saco Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. A fan of Boston/New England sports, Andrew and his wife live in Saco, Maine.
